What is an Escape Room/Escape Game?

An escape room is a fun interactive adventure in which people go in a themed room and must use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and accomplish the mission within 60 minutes. Players must be observant, use their critical thinking skills, and cooperate as a team to escape the room and win the game. These games are great for couples, double dates, groups events, birthday parties, corporate team building events, and more!

What if the game is too hard?

Our staff are trained to help guide you through the puzzles if you get stuck and make sure you have a great time! You can ask for help along the way!

How much is it to play?

Tickets are $35 per person with groups 3 & above. Tickets are $42 for groups of 2. Discounts are available for multiple bookings. Prices may fluctuate during different seasons.

How early should I arrive?

Everyone in the group should arrive at least 10 minutes early. There will be a waiver to fill out before the game

What If I arrive after my scheduled time?

Can I reschedule my booking?

The following rules apply to all reservations. 24 Hours or more before your game: $0.00 Fee Between 24 Hours and 12 hours before your game: $35.00 Fee, 2 Hours or less before your game: NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING ALLOWED! More than 24 hours we do not offer Refunds for booked adventures but are always happy to reschedule you to a different date.

All games start on time. We will do our best to accommodate, but if you are late you may sacrifice playing time if we have a full schedule. Please call if you are running late for any reason. There are no refunds for missed games.

What should I bring with me?

There are no phones, flashlights, pens, lights or keys allowed in the game rooms. Lockers will be provided for your belongings. Remember to bring your reading glasses!

Am I in a room with people I don't know?

No! All our games are private. Members of your group can pay separately (by calling our office) but we will not book anyone else in your game time unless requested. Public games are allowed but must be specified by calling our office directly when booking.

Am I really locked in?

No! Any player can leave the room at any time, but you may not be able to reenter the game once it has started.

What if I have a large group, party or corporate event?

We can accommodate groups of all sizes. Please call our office directly or email to arrange a large party event.

Can kids under 13 play?

Yes! Our games, while challenging are appropriate for ages 7 & up. For teams of children under 13 there must be AT LEAST one accompanying adult in the room at all times.

Do you host other types of events?

Yes! Please call our office for additional information. We are available for birthday parties, photo shoots, corporate trainings, team building exercises, etc.

DAILY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Is the facility cleaned in between games?

Yes! After each game the rooms, props and locks are all thoroughly sanitized. Hand sanitizer is available for all guests.

What if I am feeling sick?

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. You may call us to reschedule your game. If it is less than 24 hours in advance, there is a $32 rescheduling fee. Sales are final and all tickets are non-refundable.
